【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardspecifiesathermalvacuumtesttodeterminetheoutgassingpropertiesofmaterialsproposedforuseinthefabricationofspacecraftandassociatedequipment,forvacuumfacilitiesusedforflighthardwaretestsandforcertainlauncherhardware.Thisstandardcoversthefollowing:—criticaldesignparametersofthetestsystem;—criticaltestparameterssuchastemperature,time,pressure;—materialsamplepreparation;—conditioningparametersforsamplesandcollectorplates;—presentationofthetestdata;—acceptancecriteria;—certificationoftestsystemsandtheiroperatorsbyauditsandroundrobintests.Thetestdescribedinthisstandardisapplicableforallunmannedspacecraft,launchers,payloads,andexperiments.Thetestisalsovalidforexternalhardwareofinhabitedspacesystemsandforhardwaretobeusedinterrestrialvacuumtestfacilities.Theacceptancecriteriaforamaterial,basedupontheoutgassingtestdata,dependsupontheapplicationandlocationofthematerialandcanbemoreseverethanthestandardrequirementsasgivenin7.2.
