【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardprovidesguidanceonthedesignprinciplesandperformancecriteriaforcomputer-basedradiationmonitoringsystems(RMS).Suchsystemsareprovidedtointegratethemonitoringofplant-wideprocesses,effluentstreams,andarearadiation.ThisstandarddescribestheintegrationoffunctionsincludingequipmentsuchasthosedescribedinstandardsIEC60761-1,IEC60761-2,IEC60761-3,IEC60761-4,IEC60761-5,IEC60768,IEC60910,IEC60951-1IEC60951-2,IEC60951-3,IEC60951-4,IEC60951-5,IEC61031,andIEC61250intoaplant-widedigitalsystem.Therequirementsofsystem-levelcomponents(centralcomputer,subsystemcomputers,operatorconsoles,andinter-connections)arediscussed.Fordetectionassemblies,processingunitsandalarmunits,thisstandardcontainsonlytherequirementsneededtoallowconnectionintothecentralizedsystem.Thestandardsreferencedabovecontainthespecificrequirementsforthesecomponents.Thisstandardprovidescriteriafortheinterfacebetweenmonitorsofdifferentsafetyclasses.Thisstandardintegratesdataprocessing,storage,optimization,andcorrelationofdataflowanddisplays.Thisstandarddefinesthecommunicationcriteriatolinkdistributedradiationmonitoringequipmentintheplantwithanopenarchitectureconfiguration.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytothedesignandtestingofdetectionandmeasurementassembliesandsubassembliesexceptasnecessarytodefinetheinterfacewiththeplant-widesystem.CertainRMSfunctions,oracompletecentralizedradiationmonitoringsystemmaybeentirelyimplementedwithdirect-connectedanalogue/relaytechnology.Thisstandarddoesnotapplytosuchfunctionsorsystems.
