【摘要】:1.1ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesamethodforthedeterminationofthedirectionoftwistinyarns,theamountoftwist,intermsofturnsperunitlength,andthechangeinlengthonuntwisting,bythedirectcountingmethod.1.2ThisInternationalStandardisapplicabletoa)singleyarns(spunandfilament),b)pliedyarns,andc)cabledyarns.Separateproceduresaregivenforeachtypeofyarn.Themethodisdesignedprimarilyforyarnsinpackages,but,withspecialprecautions,theprocedurescanbeusedforyarnstakenfromfabrics.Itisnotsuitableforthedeterminationoftwistinamonofilament.1.3ThisInternationalStandardcoversthedeterminationoftwistinpliedandcabledyarnsasfollows:a)inpliedyarns:thefinaltwistofthepliedyarnsandtheoriginaltwistofthesingleyarnbeforeplying;b)incabledyarns:?thefinalcablingtwistoftheyarn;?theoriginaltwistofthepliedyarnafterplying,butpriortothelaststageofprocessing;?thetwistofthesingleyarnbeforeplying.1.4Ifdesired,thetwistofsingleandpliedyarncomponentsastheylieinthefinalstructurecanbedeterminedbythespecialprocedruegivenin10.5.7.1.5ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicable,exceptbyagreement,toyarnswhichstretchmorethan0,5%whenthetensionincreasesfrom0,5cNto1,0cNperunitlineardensityoftheyarnexpressedintex.Suchyarnscanbetestedunderspecialconditionsoftensionwhichareacceptedbyallpartiesinterestedinthetestresults.1.6ThisInternationalStandardisnotsuitableforproductsofopen-endspinningandintermingled(interlaced)multifilamentyarns.1.7ThisInternationalStandardisnotapplicabletoyarnswhicharetoolargetopermittheirbeingplacedintheclampsofthetestingapparatuswithoutcrushingordistortionsevereenoughtoaffectthetestresults.
